Did the pharisee who did not eat pork save or judge men.
what did Jesus think of these men? what was His reaction to them?

That is your standard to live by because the standard the pharisee lived by did not reproduce the results exactly same as Yahshua.

however if you have not understood Jesus words when He said ''FOLLOW ME'' i guess it is back to the drawing board to gain further insight.
but, we must not strive with others till they have the revelation of what is clean and what is unclean.
That too is a NT principle and the New high Priest guards His church from hell.

Perhaps it would be better to look at Jesus rather than the jewish religion and its practices and how it judged men and they died from failing to keep the law of Moses for they were unable to do this successfully.

Do you keep all those other OT jewish laws, that judged men of sin as well or are you selective?

The Road To Continued LIFE!

Remember, it is what comes out of the mouth that defiles a man or a woman. Did Messiah ever contradict any instruction from our Heavenly Father? Did you ever hear Messiah say that it is OK to disregard or disobey what our Heavenly Father has commanded? I think not! Any such speech or thoughts are very defiling. They indicate that the heart of the speaker is not right within the one who espouses such rebellion against ELOHIM!

My Mother died last January. She agreed with my Father concerning the eating of pork, and she also felt that her sons were keeping too many other Jewish laws. She relied solely upon Jesus for her salvation despite her inability to obey those laws. Therefore, she gave up her spirit in death thinking that she would be saved by him after death.

Sin causes death. If this is true, and it is, then sin must be overcome in order for life to continue. You speech indicates to me that you believe that Messiah will somehow continue to save your life right now despite your ongoing sin. Don't get me wrong here. Messiah has that power and ability, but in my humble opinion, your position about the salvation of Messiah Yahushua is not much different from my Mother's position. To be sure, your expectation is different, but you both have the same approach concerning sin. You allow it in yourself, and you imagine that you are OK, and then you tell others that your sin is OK. This is not the path to continued life. It is the road to death and the grave.

i have found The life...not by chance but by revelation and the transformational change not by a religion with its rules, but by learning how to overcome all things IN Christ but decreasing myself and allowing My Saviour to increase.

cause and effect have the right places.

what of other sins you commit?
does not eating pork, hold you blameless?

you are on the wrong foundation if you think, by not eating pork makes you a holy person and all pork eaters are hellbound.
you need SPIRITUAL training not carnal rationalization.

Heavenly Parents And Earthly Parents!

Hi Alive,

Blessings to you through Messiah Yahushua, My YAHWEH and My ELOHIM!

Rightly or wrongly, I believe that Messiah Yahushua is the renewed and restored YAHWEH ELOHIM. Yahushua, HIMSELF, is the head of this Supreme Being. Yahushua is therefore the chief person of the Being known as the FATHER. When we pray to the FATHER, we are actually praying to a number of unified Beings of which Messiah Yahushua is the chief.

Messiah Yahushua said this about our earthly parents:

Matthew 10:34-37
34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

My Heavenly Father, of whom Messiah Yahushua is the chief, has commanded this about eating pork:

Leviticus 11:7-8
7 And the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be clovenfooted, yet he cheweth not the cud; he is unclean to you.
8 Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcase shall ye not touch; they are unclean to you.

My earthly parents contradicted the above teaching and command of my Heavenly Father.

Do I best honor my earthly parents by first dishonoring my Heavenly Father? Do I best love my earthly parents by refusing to love my Heavenly Parents?

Messiah Yahushua said this about love:

John 14:21
21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

And HE also said this:

John 15:10
10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall remain in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and remain in his love.

You shall never convince me that Messiah Yahushua ever ate pork or informed HIS Disciples that it was OK to eat pork in contradiction of HIS Heavenly Father. It is impossible to remain through disobedience not sanctioned by our Heavenly Parents.

The Two Energizers!

Hi Everyone,

Blessings to you through Messiah Yahushua, My YAHWEH and My ELOHIM!

This is an important issue. There exist basically two powers that energize mortals:

• YAHWEH ELOHIM, that is, the resurrected Messiah Yahushua and all those spirits which dwell in and with HIM!
• And HaSatan and his spirit minions!

How shall we distinguish between the two powers?

The Word of ELOHIM clearly sets forth this method:

Isaiah 8:20
20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

Of course, the Law itself is all the observances, statutes, judgments, and ordinances established by YAHWEH ELOHIM and given to the Children of Israel.

And the Testimony is the Ten Commandments shouted by YAHWEH from Mt. Sinai and written with HIS own finger.

The Law itself absolutely forbids any addition or subtraction for the Law (see Deuteronomy 4:2 and Deuteronomy 12:32)!

If My Messiah Yahushua is the renewed or restored YAHWEH ELOHIM through HIS Resurrection, then Messiah Yahushua is actually the power which established the Law and gave the Ten Commandments to Israel.

Messiah Yahushua is the same today, yesterday, and forever. Who is it that always speaks against the Law and the Testimony? This contrary power also has the ability to energize, and this contrary power worketh death in you through encouraging you to disobey YAHWEH ELOHIM.

Does the Law allow you to eat pork? Then eating pork could cause your death, could it not? Your life actually depends on right judgment here!

Unclean And Common!

Hi Everyone,

Blessings to you through Messiah Yahushua, My YAHWEH and My ELOHIM!

The Disciples of Messiah Yahushua were learners. They were HIS students. Granted, we, as well as they, have one teacher, Our Heavenly Father. The resurrected Messiah Yahushua as well as the spirits of just men which inhabit HIS Body do now comprise the Heavenly Being known as Our Heavenly Father.

The Disciples were present when Yahushua spoke these words:

Mark 7:15
15 There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.

Eating pork flesh itself cannot defile any man, but disobedience to any command of YAHWEH is very defiling. Disobedience is sin, and sin leads to death which itself is the ultimate defilement.

Matthew's account (see Matthew 15:10-20) indicates that Peter, Himself, was present when Yahushua spoke the above words. Matthew indicates that the Disciples informed Yahushua that the Pharisees were offended by the above teaching of Yahushua. These Pharisees took the words of Messiah in exactly the same manner as most Christians do yet today. They thought that Messiah was saying that it was OK to eat even those meats which YAHWEH had previously declared off limits to mankind. Peter knows that this is not the case so Peter comes to Messiah and asks to learn the real meaning behind Messiah's parable (see Matthew 15:15). The point of Messiah's parable is succinctly stated in verses 18-20:

Matthew 15:18-20
18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.
19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
20 These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.

If Messiah Yahushua upon this occasion did in actuality mean to declare all meats clean as my earthly Father and Mother believed to be the truth, then either Messiah was a very poor teacher or HIS Disciple, Peter, was the dumbest of students. How do I know that?

Please, let's take a look at Peter's vision in Acts 10. Having been commanded to kill and eat, Peter replied to YAHWEH:

Acts 10:14
14 But Peter said, Not so, YAHWEH; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.

Notice here that a number of years later that Peter, Himself, is still strictly following the food laws. Peter is not about to eat unclean meats; nor will he consume common meats. Pork is an unclean meat, and any clean food that contains pork is rendered common. An excellent example of a common food is the beans in pork & beans.

The whole point of Peter's vision is stated in verse 28 and further in verses 34-35.
