I just hate to see a category that says "never," especially on the subject of prophecy. So I was trying to think of something for a starter here.

You have all had experiences, no doubt, where you have had something on your mind ---- or maybe you've had nothing on your mind, and yet, you open your Bible to a place that is sooooo on point to what you've been pondering. It's a strange phenomena that sometimes takes your breath away !!!

Well, I would suggest that as an opener for this category, and in light of the current world situation, you read Ezek 35 and 36. Maybe it's just me, but it made me go, 'Wowee Zowee." It was like reading today's newspaper ! ! !

When you're reading it, remember this:

The so-called Palestinians are descendants of Esau. Esau is Edom (Gen 36:1), the Edomites. They were given an inheritance, but it was NOT Jerusalem, it was Mount Seir (Deu 2:5).

Ya know, eventually prophecy COMES TO PASS, and after reading these two chapters, I think you'll agree with me that the future is NOW !

...Rivkah, what if you had a choice to make, concerning the interpretation of prophecy? You could either interpret the ones spoken of (the desolate ones) as being those of the Assyrian and Babylonian desolation, (we of our time now freed), or you could put the prophecy into our own times. (we are dead meat!) What direction would you take? In the interpretation of prophecy, this same choice is ever present. Most people interpret to bind and distroy the people of our own time. The fewest will choose to place the prophecy in the background. Now suppose that YHWH would make the interpretation fit a single persons escotalogy, a person not of our choosing. Would you hope that the "chosen one" would be of past revelations or an X-tian believer of current catastrophy? I myself, like an easy day, freed of the belief that the day of YHWH is coming. Now if the day of YHWH is found to be in the past, then "John" might be "Elijah" to Malachi's foretelling of the (great day of YHWH). But the telling cannot be 2000 years out of date, so could "John", really be Elijah? If the day of YHWH was at hand in the time of (jesus), then it came and passed. But we didn't notice it, because it belonged to YHWH's own people. If we are callous to Yahudah's suffering, then perhaps YHWH will let the X-tians prophecy our own distruction.

...This is easy enough to prove, {that all Israel is righteous and cleansed of their sin} from the written texts of the tanakh. This I have done already. But I'm not going to cover X-tianity with this blessing. They will have to cover themselves. Rivkah, will you go naked or will you cover yourself and prove all Israel righteous?

All Israel will be found righteous! --> Is this a prophecy or a fact?

...Big wheel justs keeps on turning? But the past cannot meet the present, without some interpretation of the words of the prophets. And if all Israel was found righteous 500+ years before (jesus) called himself the messiah, and if (jesus) didn't know the name of his own GD, would that indenture the interpretation of prophecy to new ways? Perhaps the prophets of christianity are not really prophets. That would leave their hearts exposed in their interpretations of the verse. We would all know what evil occupied their hearts!

And it shall come to pass in that day, that the prophets shall be ashamed every one of his vision, when he hath prophesied; Zech. 13: 4

how can one measure without a standard of measurement? The earth really is the center of the universe - forget that we have to plot the other sisters as epicycles instead of elipses ... how something moves and where you take your measurements are different things - why do we insist on an inertial frame of reference? The math doesn't care how you derive the parametric equations. Just don't divide by 0 and it still works out.

it all depends on where you start to stretch your flax line. Where is the origin of your system? Do you plot from the center of gravity of the sun like the world does? If you do you will be bound in your vision to the three laws of motion and the three laws of thermodynamics and you will trade for your G-d, the one that has delivered all from the house of bondage, a nice consise definition for temperature.
